On May 27th, 2024, our company held a meeting on “Knowledge of Amphenol series products for new and existing employees.” The goal was to help new employees get acquainted with the Amphenol product range and to help old employees understand it more deeply. Through this series of learning and discussion, we hope that all participants can deepen their familiarity with Amphenol products and be able to answer customer questions more professionally.
The session started with a quick overview of Amphenol’s position as a top global supplier of high-tech interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions. This was followed by a detailed presentation of Amphenol’s everyday product models and their uses, especially in the industrial and automotive sectors. Through illustrations and physical demonstrations, new employees got a good grasp of Amphenol’s products, while veteran employees gained a deeper understanding of the advantages and application skills through case studies.
We also set up a special session for the purchasing and sales departments, where they could ask any questions they had about their work. Senior technicians and product managers answered specific technical questions raised by employees on the spot through a Q&A format and also shared their best coping strategies and negotiation skills in the sales process. This not only provides practical guidance for employees but also promotes communication and collaboration between departments.
